This page explains how refunds and support work for purchases made through this website. We're currently in beta; details may be updated as we refine our product and processes.

Merchant of Record (sales & refunds)

Purchases are processed via Lemon Squeezy LLC as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy LLC is the contractual seller for checkout transactions and handles payment processing, invoicing, EU VAT (where applicable), and refunds.

If you need a refund, please use the refund workflow provided on your receipt/confirmation or contact Lemon Squeezy support where applicable.

If you have issues accessing your digital product (for example, a broken link or trouble downloading), contact us and we'll help you resolve it.

Consumer rights
